University Park Estates
College Park Estate south of 7th Street is otherwise known to locals as the hole. College Park Estates has homes built in two different era's. The older homes found throughout most of the tract were between 1959 - 1961. There are some newer homes located just south of 7th Street. The older homes range in size from 1,400sf and up. The newer homes where built in 1978 have approximately 3,000sf. The price of these homes can be affected if there is street noise from 7th Street.
