Bixby Terrace
While Bixby Terrace homes are similar prices as Cal Heights the style is completely different. There are also no smaller , 35′ wide lots and there are no small 2 bedroom 1 bath homes so there is no low end in the Bixby like Cal Heights. The style of home may typically be called a ranch home. Most of the homes were built at the same time so there is a slight tract feel to the area, but the homes have some character above and beyond the feel of a Lakewood or Los Altos home.
