Long Beach has a lack of Townhome style complexes, and Whaler’s Cove is one of a few, along with Island Village and Bixby Village. All of the units are two story, with two models sytles/ sizes. There is a model with 1,857sf and one with 2,159sf. About half of the units will face the Bixby Village golf course and the other half of the units will back Loynes. While Loynes is not a busy street, certainly a golf course view is preferred. There small backyards off the back of both units which vary in size as the units are staggered. If you have a small driveway area, you have a larger back yard and visa versa.
Upstairs the master suite is at the rear of the property, so if you are on the golf course there are nice view as well. There is an assocation pool and the complex is gated. All units have 2 car attached garages.
